The reason I would be the superior alternative is because I have a genuine passion for health and fitness and love to share and expand my passion by teaching and talking about it. If you train with me I will not only make sure you get a quality work out but you will also get an expanded knowledge of fitness, health, and anatomy with every one of my meetings, without having to decode all the medical jargon yourself. I believe that knowledge is power and I want to give my clients the knowledge to better their own lives one session at a time.
My favorite go to workout is a hard bouldering session followed by some squat training.
I love plain oatmeal with just nuts and fruit, squash and zucchini are key, and raw nuts are awesome

Hip hop and rap are my go to but I do like to switch it out with rock and metal from time to time.
People are usually surprised to find out I love to boulder as a hobby it’s my favorite thing to do.
