Anyone can find fitness knowledge or hire a trainer, but the most important aspect of personal training is to coach a client through a lifestyle change. Its very difficult for clients to stay on track, keep up with nutrition or have motivation. I have always been able to empathize and communicate with clients adeptly, and keep them on the road to change their lifestyle. Exercise is difficult but I do everything I can to help a client realize their potential, and stay on track.
My go to workout is lifting heavy weight on a compound lift, then finishing up with HIIT cardio.
I love eating baked fish, fresh fruit, or creating my protein deserts.
I hate kale, it taste awful.
