The difference I believe I make when it comes to personal training is that I care. I work to not only make sure clients have a great experience through fitness, but also giving them proper information and knowledge on what it is we’re focusing on. I love going the extra mile for my clients in this aspect. It is important for them to know all of what encompasses our work together, because although we hate to see clients go, the goal of our training together is so they eventually don’t need me anymore. So I want to make sure everyone gets max benefit of their training. Weather that’s giving extra stretching routines, teaching them about proper nutrition, or just texting them a reminder to drink water. So the difference between other trainers and myself, is that I care for my clients wholeheartedly and put 1000% effort into creating quality workouts so that they can have quality of life and longevity.
My favorite workouts would probably have to be either leg day or working my chest!
Probably smoothies being my favorite snack and a Mediterranean salad being my favorite meal.
My least favorite healthy food is probably cottage cheese

I love a good mix of everything. However I listen mostly to rap/hip-hop and rock when I work out
I love to cook and adventure! Kayaking, hiking etc. And always up for a new recipe to try
