Personal trainers are abundant, unfortunately, most of them don't possess a higher level of education that makes the real difference. My double degree in biology, professional sports background, and going through injuries myself (broken back, torn rotator cuff, meniscus tear) being involved and shadowing Physical therapy gives me as a coach a significant advantage.
My personal preference is hypertrophy training since I am a bodybuilder myself.
Beef, chicken, bison, salmon, hummus, eggs, sweet potatoes, really anything I can make myself!
None!
