For almost half my life now, I have always used the gym as a healthy outlet for hard days and mental health struggles. I started working out when I was a freshmen in high school, I used to feel really insecure because I was always smaller than everyone else. I didn't have a lot of confidence back then and I didn't like who I was. Once I started gaining muscle, my attitude towards myself really began to change. I didn't want to take a pill to feel happy, I wanted to BE happy. My mission is to help others gain confidence and love themselves through working out and dieting. I want others to become someone they never thought possible! If you can be successful with a workout program, there are no limits to what you can achieve. Working out teaches discipline and that large milestones are accomplished with small achievements each day; if you take these principles and apply them to your personal or career goals you can chase your dreams knowing one day they will come to fruition.
There is no accountability with online videos. Whenever clients suffer from burnout with their training or diet I empathize with them while offering a solution, such as a different set of exercises or switching up meals. It's so hard to see the progress you're making sometimes, that's why I always praise clients for physique improvements and strength gains. Nothing is a better motivator than feeling like you're doing a great job.
