I believe to be consistent over the long -term one has to understand their mindset toward physical activity. One has to work on their attitude and how they see their health and fitness and know their why (purpose, reason). Most of the fitness world focuses on the What (goals) and the How (the routine, tech. reps/sets) but when the Why (the deep reason/purpose) starts to lose inspiration so goes the focus and desire to invest time in their health. Knowing this I work on my client's mindset
